Pam successfully entered a situation with a diverse group of fisheries stakeholders who collectively started the workshop with some skepticism. Pam was able to use a gentle but firm approach that prevented conflict and create a safe environment for people to have productive dialogue. This led to multiple consensus decisions by the group and ensured our expectations being surpassed.
